The session creates a space in which you can observe your own patterns, beliefs, and perspectives from outside the usual frame of reference — connecting with your 5D authentic self, the part of you that exists beyond the ego’s carefully constructed limits, where there’s no judgement, no hierarchy, and no separation from anything or anyone else. From that broader vantage point, things that have felt stuck, confusing, or heavy usually begin to look quite different.
Often, there’s an invitation to explore some gentle energy work together — not usually something done to you, though occasionally it’s helpful for you to experience something directly first, simply so you have a clearer sense of what you’re actually trying to recognise or perceive. The aim, either way, is to support you to tune into your own energy, your own particular signature, and gradually learn to sense and work with it yourself. Sometimes this includes something called light language, which speaks beyond words and beyond the conscious mind, communicating directly with that innate, unconscious part of who you are. You’re encouraged to ask questions and share whatever comes to mind. If something surfaces — however unrelated or random it might seem — it’s probably relevant. The process follows breadcrumbs.
